Safe & Sound 101 Courses YWCA Regina – Community Education
Safe & Sound 101 is a 3-hour course grounded in YWCA mission and values, designed to help youth (ages 10 and up) build confidence staying safe at home alone. Participants learn practical skills including fire and emergency safety, basic housekeeping and cooking, and introductory first aid. This course supports independence while helping youth feel prepared and secure.
All classes run from 1:00 – 4:00 PM
