Licensing & Pricing

What is Upstander Online

Upstander Online is YWCA Regina’s signature violence prevention training available as a self-paced, online course you can license for your entire team or organization.

Why Upstander Online?

Violence, harassment, and discrimination don’t only happen behind closed doors.
They happen in meetings. In break rooms. On job sites. At events. Online.

In Saskatchewan — where intimate partner violence rates are the highest in Canada — organizations have a responsibility to act.

Upstander helps your people move from intention to action.

What Makes Upstander Online Different?

  • Saskatchewan-specific, built for rural + urban realities
  • Combines GBV awareness, bystander intervention, and workplace safety
  • Trauma-informed and fully accessible (video, audio, screen-reader friendly)
  • Self-paced LMS — no scheduling barriers
  • Sliding-scale pricing for accessibility
  • Developed by YWCA Regina, a trusted violence-prevention leader for 100+ years

This isn’t a checkbox course. It’s a culture-change tool.

“The Upstander training gave our team the confidence to act. Staff felt empowered to support one another and create safer spaces.”
