Complaints

Complaints against the Board of Directors, CEO, staff or volunteers of the YWCA Regina Inc. can be emailed to complaints@ywcaregina.com or mailed and addressed to Complaints – 2817 12th Avenue, Regina, SK S4T 4Y9

  1. All complaints must be fully documented and in writing.
  2. The complainant will receive acknowledgement of their complaint upon receipt by the YWCA Regina Inc.
  3. The complainant will receive follow up communication within 30 days, regardless of the progress of the investigation.
  4. The individual addressing the complaint will ensure that the manner and timing for consideration will be communicated to both parties.
  5. A written response regarding any complaint shall provide the response to both parties
  6. The individual addressing the complaint will maintain confidentiality of the complainant unless it interferes with the ability to investigate the complaint.
