Located on Treaty 4 land, and in the heart of downtown Regina, YWCA Regina is the ideal location for your next gathering, whether it be big or small. We are proud to offer rental spaces that welcome smudging and other cultural ceremonies. The added bonus? You can hire us for your catering needs, or you may bring in food, beverages, and snacks from offsite.

Multipurpose Room

$20/hour or $180 daily (12 hours maximum)

The YWCA Regina Multipurpose Room can comfortably accommodate up to 15 people in a boardroom styled set up. The room is equipped with a boardroom table and chairs for eight. Additional chairs and tables are available. There is a private washroom and a small sitting area at the back of the room, perfect for a breakout space. Across the hall is another breakout space that can accommodate up to ten people.

A projector and screen are available upon request.

Studio

$35/hour or $300 daily (12 hours maximum)

The Studio is nearly 2100 square feet in size and perfect for small or mid-sized groups requiring a room that offers space for activities and gatherings. Equipped with a sound system, ample hardwood floor space for your activity-based rental, a 5 x 5 lowrise stage, mirrors along the full length of the east wall, and immediate access to gender-neutral change and restroom facilities.

Gym Space

$50/hour or $400 daily (12 hours maximum)

At 4000 square feet, YWCA Regina’s Gym is perfect for large group gatherings. The space can accommodate tables and chairs for up to 150 people, with ample room for breakout activities and group work. The room is equipped with a small sound system for music, plenty of hardwood floor space for activity-based rentals, a 5 x 5 lowrise stage, and mirrors along the full lengths of two walls.

FAQs

  • Is there parking?

    Yes! There are 16 parking spaces located on site that are available after 6 pm Monday to Friday, and all day on weekends, to use upon request. Additional parking is located on the street and in the Impark lot on Albert Street, beside Bregg’s Cleaners.

  • Is alcohol permitted?

    Yes! YWCA Regina welcomes events that apply for liquor licensing through the SLGA.

  • Do you offer catering?

    Yes! We are happy to provide rental groups with the opportunity to use our catering services or arrange for their own preferred catering.

  • Are your spaces accessible?

    Yes! We have an elevator that will take you to our basement where each of our rental spaces is accessible. An accessible gender neutral washroom is located on the main floor.
