Please note for 2017 the YWCA will not hold Wellness Classes on the following dates:
Sihanathang Martial Arts
Mondays, Wednesdays at 6:00 pm and Fridays at 5:30 pm
Experience the art of kickboxing in a friendly and traditional setting, in partnership with Muringsung Muay Thai Camp. The class combines an aerobic, strength-building workout with the spiritual aspects of the martial arts; each session concludes with light stretching and meditation.
For YWCA members: $50 per month
For public: $60 per month
Yoga and Pilates on the Ball
Thursdays 5:00 - 6:00 pm
April 6th - May 11th
Using the large exercise balls, this class incorporates Pilates and strength moves for the first half an hour and Yoga stretching for the second half.
For YWCA members: Free
For public: $40
