Please see our Christmas Wish List for suggestions.
We want the women and children in our care to have the best Christmas possible--and appreciate the many generous individuals, groups and businesses in our community who feel the same. We depend on community support to bring cheer to lives that need some extra encouragement and joy. We want to convey to our women and children that they are special, that they deserve good things at Christmas time. For that reason, while we welcome donations of good used clothing and household items throughout the year, we especially encourage donations of new items for our clients during the Christmas season.
Christmas gift donations may be delivered to our main location at 1940 McIntyre Street. Please print and complete the top half of this Donation Form to make your gift delivery as quick and convenient as possible. (If you are unable to print the form, we have copies in our Reception Area.)
General Gift Suggestions
Because the needs and ages of our clients vary from day to day, gift cards from grocery or department stores are always very helpful. Gift cards, or cash donations designated for cliient Christmas gifts, enable our staff to then buy age-appropriate gifts for children, special Christmas food hampers for outreach clients, and so on.
However, we recognize that it is often more exciting and fun to pick out gifts that you or your children would enjoy receiving yourselves! We request that you bring your gifts unwrapped (or in gift bags) so that we can easily match your gift with an appropriate recipient.
If you are part of a company or group who plan to deliver a large number of gifts, please give us a call ahead of time with your expected delivery time. Call or email Kendall at 306-525-2141 ext. 155; firstname.lastname@example.org
